Left turn light from Fifth onto Stargell is much too short; the light only lets 3 cars turn before turning red. During rush hours, there are normally >8 cars waiting to turn, which takes more than 2 cycles if people are slow. This was already submitted multiple times but was not addressed; the issue still remains.
