Bay Farm walking pathway along the water north of Seaview Pkwy between Aughinbaugh Way and Shamrock Lane has unfinished pavement. Very bumpy, deep pitting greater than 1/2 inch in numerous locations. Potential trip hazard for walkers/runners.
