I am writing to address the gray Mercedes-Benz currently located in the driveway at 3505 Markley Creek Drive. The vehicle is non-operational and positioned on wooden blocks. I understand the City of Antioch's municipal codes regarding property maintenance and front-yard vehicle storage. Beyond the code violation, a non-operational vehicle sitting on wooden blocks detracts from the appearance and overall beauty of our neighborhood. Maintaining an attractive, safe, and well-kept community is important to all of us. Given the vehicle's current condition, we respectfully request a firm 14-day deadline for the owner to safely lower, repair, or relocate the vehicle. If the vehicle remains in violation after that period, we request that the City pursue appropriate enforcement action, including removal or towing at the owner's expense, as permitted by applicable ordinances.
