This has been a favorite "dumping ground" for someone, since there have been numerous times where garbage mysteriously shows up here, including cut wood piles, pavers, and, most recently, rocks (it was also where some homeless encampment tents showed up). The rock pile is visible in the pictures, and the location is right on the CCC Delta Canal trail roughly between Laurel Rd and Canada Valley Rd. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
