Description
The pedestrian crossing sign for W 7th at Military did not change to "walk" for several cycles despite us repeatedly pressing the button to cross. This was on the north side of the street. It was at a time when children were walking to school, and several elementary-age children were waiting with us. The sign never changed to Walk, and we eventually acted as impromptu crossing guards for the children.
