Hello. I reported to potholes on the corner of Mallard and teal a few weeks ago along with Mallard. I also mentioned that I was fearful that as Teal keeps eroding it would eventually start to erode at the right of at the end of teal. The pictures attached are where it meets the right of that the other property owner and I spent a large fortune on. I cant afford to do it again. The point where they meet has now started to destroy the work that was done. Since I originally reported the other pot holes mallard and teal they have also become much worse and dangerous. Without a stop sign and only being able to navigate on half the street is not safe. I wouldnt even want to drive a full size 4x4 truck through the hole now. I truly understand that everyone is swamped resources are short and the business park is not a priority. Its not even on the to do list from what I understand. I also know how much I spent on the right of way. This year has brought its own unique problems. Refinery /special propositions none of which I can stop/change because I cant vote on them and had nothing to do with other. I have absolutely no idea if anything has been discussed about the issue other than it was acknowledged. My immediate concern is 3 fold. The fact there is reports of a giant El Nino coming which has the potential, possibility of over coming the drainage system in front of my build which would obviosly cause damage to the right of way and whats left of the cobblestone looking road. Cant do much to protect the building if there are unforseen drainage problems. 2. When the companies that hook up to the fire hydrant cant do that because they can't access the one on malard and teal because of the holes. They might realize there is a safe place to hook up in front of 3959 teal and begin to speed not only the destruction of the right of way but also the private property. I have seen what an open fire hydrant does already after it was tested and left a massive hole in my parking lot. 3 super el nino its self. I hope you understand where I am coming from. I have always been happy to do my share in Benicia. It just feels like the very things that were a benefit of having a business here are slowly crumbling like the roads mentioned.
