Description
The left turn green arrows to turn from Broadway onto Rollins stay on much longer than necessary - the left turn lanes have already cleared out and somehow the signal still thinks there are vehicles to be served. Maybe the video lens needs to get cleaned or adjusted. It's wasting time and backing up Broadway past the tracks or past the fwy overpass. Happened all day this past Sat and Sun.
