Why is it that the El Camino project is uprooting everything except this one block on the Hillsborough side of the street where a prominent multimillionaire lives? It’s the wildest most out of control block that needs the most amount of work. It’s people walking down the side of El Camino Real because there’s no sidewalk or safe place to walk
