On the north side of Gleason going from the Courthouse all the way down to Emerald Park on the westbound lane. Bicycle lane is covered with a lot of debris and on top of it. There are several sandbags that are black and blend into the ground. I just drove back and hit three of them. They are literally in the middle of the bicycle lane and not on the sidewalk edge for the drain area. It almost looks like they got thrown around or some woman was messing with them because there’s no point to be where they’re at, but cause a hazard and danger to bicycle pedestrians in the evening. One of them I almost actually flipped my bike when I first saw it in the second two I was more aware of it and slowed down, but it’s super dangerous. I don’t know what is going on with this roadway with regards to the debris, but it’s getting worse and worse over the last three months.
