Description
While driving, I encountered an exposed municipal sewer opening on the roadway where the round metal manhole cover was missing / completely displaced. The open rim was overflowing / holding exposed raw sewage on the street surface. Driving over the hazard caused direct contact with the rim and splashed raw sewage, sludge, and contaminated wastewater across the entire underside of my vehicle, including the chassis, subframe, and wheel wells.
