Description
This light for the left hand turn lane repeatedly and consistently skips multiple light cycles before it turns Left Arrow Green. This happens in particular during peak times of congestion, causing backups and a dangerous situation as people try and pull out of the left turn lane and try to go straight. I've personally had this happen over five times, and now don't even bother to try and turn left.
