During soccer practice or games, practically daily this time of year, many cars park partially in the entrance to Magellan Lane. This makes it difficult to exit Magellan Lane as visibility is impacted quite a bit. Additionally, cars routinely make U-turns using the Magellan Lane entrance as part of their turn thus disrupting incoming and outgoing traffic, not to mention the act of making a U-turn across Catamaran. It's as if an officer needs to be present once in a while to advise people to park only in proper spaces, and to help prevent presumably illegal or ill advised U-turns.
