Description
I complained in August because on August 21 I fell (badly) just walking from my pilates class to the swimming pool and sustained a very bad injury. This ticket was just CLOSED but I am including both the state of the walkway TODAY and (next to it on the right), the state it was in in August and I am NOT satisfied with the improvement. Please note that the tripping hazard is still significant and I HOPE you will try hard to address this. Thanks.
