The person who owns this house works in construction- clearly has construction vehicles outside his house, is always opening the garage and working on something and he built a whole ADU. When you look into the back, you can see someone is living in the ADU- not sure if they’re renting it out, etc. But it appears to be a full functioning living unit. Didn’t notify anyone in the neighborhood, but also didn’t obtain any licenses and/or permits. All the neighbors were extremely bothered so we ran a check on the property and it appears they didn’t go through any of the proper channels. This is extremely unfair and affects everyone else.
