Stopped on Weller at Main/Marylinn to enter library parking lot, but the light never turned green despite no cross traffic. Reminds me of the time a few months back when seven cars were stopped on the other side of the same intersection (i.e., trying to leave the library) but the light never turned green then either. If this is a traffic light with a sensor (as most other Milpitas traffic lights are), the sensors seem to be faulty/finicky.
