Description
This resident has installed a double wide gate on fence that is adjacent to Sinnott park and is driving vehicle there park and into rear of the yard. Is the gate cut into the fence legal? Is driving vehicles in the park legal. Pretty sure one or both are illegal. What is happening in this City?
