Hi, Thank you for your support. We are the landlord of 355 San Petra Ct #1, Milpitas CA 95035. We have followed the instructions of the city exposed the roots and checked that all the roots are over 2 inches in diameter, they are all spreading towards our house that will affect the building’s structure. please send someone to do a root inspection. If it is possible please help us to remove them. We contacted HOA that they mentioned the tree is belongs to the city, the city needs to handle it. Thank you Ling Su & Sang Chan
