The east side neighborhoods have been experiencing a consistent and aggressive raccoon infestation for several months now. Each neighbor has been trying to solve the issue independently with no avail. We are now seeing more raccoon activities at night while walking dogs and seeing their damage on school property and parks. We’d like to know how this will be addressed by the city. The concern is both landscape, safety and infestation. Raccoons leave waste droppings and animal parts in yards that carry disease. These raccoons are also not small they are larger than a medium dog. We have video surveillance showing this.
