Description
The light was green for those going down Tasman for 10 minutes or so. Cars, bikes, and pedestrians started going through red lights and making wild turns around each other to be able to cross. I've seen this issue happen a few times at this intersection every few months or so, but only in the mornings. The tram was not around, so it wasn't due to that.
