Description
It seems almost every time I come to the traffic light at Big Basin when driving on S. Park Victoria it turns red even though there are no cars coming from the bowling alley or heading west on Big Basin. This light should be triggered/tripped by cars, not functioning on a timer. It is a waste of precious gas to be stopped for no reason!
