Encampment has been responsible for loud explosions in the past, they are now playing loud music in the afternoons. Have a sign for "mobile motorcycle repair" and a motorcycle has been seen coming and going from the encampment in the evenings, loud motorcycle revving in the evening and after sun down as well.
