Description
For another year, the goat fence has been at the edge of the path in Joaquin Miller Park, City of Oakland. However City property includes the slope from the back of my home to the edge of that path. As a result we get no service of the weeds and trash accumulating there. If you want me to take care of it, sell me the land. No one uses it anyway. Jere Lipps
