It is unacceptable that the City of Oakland continues to allow this dangerous encampment to remain in our neighborhood. The sidewalk is completely blocked with trash, hazardous materials, and abandoned car parts, forcing residents into the street and creating serious health and safety risks. This ongoing inaction raises serious questions about why this situation continues to be ignored despite repeated complaints. The City's selective inaction sends the message that our neighborhood is not entitled to the same standards of safety and cleanliness as others. We are demanding immediate cleanup, enforcement, and restoration of safe public access.
