Description
City appears to be doing sidewalk / street work at 40th and Carrington Street, including right outside my property at 4001 Carrington, via Rosas Brothers. They posted NO notice before starting work. They have also damaged my fencing in my front yard. See pic. Damage occurred on Wed August 5. I have tried to reach the company without success.
