Description
Same situation again as White Lexus blocking driveway and acces for emergency services if needed at 926 36th St Emeryville, CA 94608. It appears to be the tenants company doing so. I was under the impression that it was illegal to block a driveway in California even for a tenant. Also seems as though there is some illegal activity going on as there seems to be prostitution and drugs being sold out of the vehicle. Not to mention the horrible loud music being played. I wasn't able to obtain a photo as when I just looked at the car they rudely asked me what the f**k was I looking at again.
