This corner is consistently blighted by dumping, piles of garbage bag, needles, human and animal waste, strewn paper, and refuse. At least every two weeks garbage is piled high and spilling into the street. It's so bad that this is a Google map screenshot because I couldn't stop driving to take a photo. It's unacceptable as children/youth, elders and families have to navigate around the garbage making walking impossible.
