7716 MacArthur blvd has been in blighted condition over a decade with no improvement despite multiple blight reports over the years Missing side fence unsecured property, overgrown weeds extend into public sidewalk constantly, deteriorated paint on roof trim, excessive and flammable personal items stacked and stored again side of house by chimney and front porch and rear yard, inoperable vehicle stored on lawn in front yard and more in the back, dilapidated rotten wood sign on front fence faces the street, trash and litter constantly around property this should go under blight reports and zoning blight for unpermitted construction of sheds/living areas in rear yard, deteriorated paint, lack of fencing, more interior and structure violations suspected We need code enforcement to hold this property owner accountable to bring it into clean and safe condition it has blighted our main thoroughfare for many years
