Southbound Mandela Pkwy south of 5th St - Several bikeway flex posts driven over repeatedly and knocked down - nearby business frequently uses this bike lane illegally for truck parking, destroying the posts in the process - please replace these with k-rail or something similarly robust to avoid additional maintenance issues
