Description
This house 1470 17th Ave keeps illegally dumping their trash on the corner of Marin way and 17th Ave. They are a nuisance property. Pr0stitutes are seen going in and out. Shady people too. The neighborhood law corp needs to help sue the owner for continuing to rent to bad actors. This property has been raided at least 7 times since 2021: guns, drugs, gambling machines found. The community is suffering from this nuisance property. Rumor has it The owner keeps renting to the same mob because they have a gambling debt.
