Description
There are awful smells coming from this property, the yard is piled with trash, the windows are covered or boarded up, and I frequently see someone carrying what looks like commercial volumes of food in and out. I feel like there could be elder abuse going on or some food preparation for commercial consumption that the health department would definitely not permit. Certainly worth a look.
