Illegal Dumping - debris, appliances, etc.

Description
Sideway is blocked with chairs and makeshift gambling table. Please clear the sidewalk out and keep it clear. We have several older families in wheelchairs and children with strollers that have been forced to walk into oncoming traffic to avoid this group that blocks the corner of Bellevue and grand day in and day out while drinking and smoking. This is the same group that operates that fruit stand that stays up overnight and has rats crawling all over it when it’s packed into that dirty truck overnight.
