Description
This entire stretch of 12th was cleaned mere weeks ago and has now returned to being a shantytown. No one can safely use the sidewalks as they are completely blocked by mounds of garbage and “guarded” by aggressive, mentally ill individuals. The “business” here hosts an encampment that creates trash and drug dealing/drug use activity that extends onto the street and into the neighborhoods. Children live in this area. Please address this NOW.
