Two trucks are parked on the street daily, taking up parking for people interested in visiting the African American Museum and Library at Oakland. I have come for events and to use the library and am disabled and would like to not have to walk so far when there is a park in front. This truck stays here constantly. The person may live across the street because I see they have another truck in there. There are at least 2-3 trucks owned by this person. I have not seen parking meter workers patrolling the area in some time so I think that is the reason the person feels comfortable parking there. Please make parking available for people who use the library and the church. We can no longer park across the street due to the turn lane and parking is now more limited than ever.- Thank you.
