Description
Traffic signal at Grand/Bay is mistimed so the pedestrian signal to cross the slip lane gives a walk signal at the same time that conflicting traffic has the yellow flashing arrow. Pedestrians have a don't walk sign while traffic has a red signal. Please fix! And while you're at it, can you give pedestrians crossing Bay Place a walk signal while peds crossing Grand get their walk signal? Traffic is stopped in all directions, so peds should be able to cross in all directions.
