This is a city tree in front of my property. EBMUD tram came today to fix a broken pipe on the street side and we are concerned that the roots may be growing an impacting the pipe on the home side. They advised we should have roots trimmed and inspected to ensure it is not pushing on existing pipe. Since the tree is owned by city, we would like the city to complete inspection and maintenance as needed to prevent damage to our property. This tree previously damaged the side walk I.
