There are 2 trees. One is at my Adopt A Spot Phoenix Rising Peace Park. It is near Lamp st but along Sterling drive in the Parklett. It is a walnut tree that has bad termite damage and I am afraid it may blow down in the wind and may hurt someone. Last year a big branch fell out of it. The second tree is on the corner of lamp and Sterling across the street from the Adopt a Spot. It has died recently and its branches are in the power lines. If it should blow down this winter it will take out services in the hood. It has always been a problem because of the leaves drop and fill the drain causing it to overflow and flood in the rain. I believe the supervisor of trees has been told when they were cutting down another tree on city property nearby. Both trees are on city property and could be a danger to people and property.
