Debris keeps piling up and several of the men who are camping outside the library are drinking and smoking and I think we're really putting kids in harm's way. The men are sometimes shouting to themselves or seemingly shouting at people who are walking by, and they are mumbling to themselves. Their clothes are covered in their own feces. The debris is often taking up the whole sidewalk so people can't park.
