Description
Large tent is completely blocking the sidewalk on Webster at 6th St where it passes under the freeway. Pedestrians forced to step into traffic lane. This area was JUST cleared and made safer. PLEASE do not let this sidewalk get neglected and blocked again it is so dangerous. This is the only safe place to cross 6th St. If this tent is allowed to remain it's only a matter of time before the whole block is obstructed again. Just in the past 2 days some trash items started getting dumped nearby.
