The storm drain on the northeast corner is full of leaves and other debris, and last year when I reported it, the drain was not draining at all in heavy rain. The drain was never cleared, so the problem will probably happen again. I raked the leaves off of the top of the drain this afternoon, but you can see there are a lot just under the grate. You can clean it out now, when the job is easy, or you can clear it during heavy rains when it backs up and you're in a foot or two of standing water, if you're lucky. Your choice.
