Follow-up to prior Blight Report (SR# 2603821): English ivy on this property was cut at the base after my original blight report in June. Significant dead ivy remains on the wall nearly 4 months later. At this point, the vine mat has had more than enough time to dry sufficiently for clean removal without wall damage, so continued delay is not justified by the abatement method. Requesting re-inspection and completion of abatement under OMC 8.24 (vegetation overgrowth / rodent harborage). Original ACVC case reference: 2026-001315 (biologist Spencer Sussman documented this ivy as primary rodent harborage source affecting adjacent property at 1514 Jackson St).
