I’ve added two photos. The one shows a white truck and the black out of state BMW sedan initially reported. The sedan is registered in Oregon and owned by residents the location. The other photo shows the white truck. The truck violates the 72 hour rule as I understand it: No person who owns or has possession, custody or control of any vehicle shall park such vehicle upon any street or alley for more than a consecutive period of seventy-two (72) hours. In the event the truck moves, it always returns to the same spot. The owner has a second vehicle he routinely uses and the truck will sit for months at a time without moving. Its constant location near the curve is causing downhill delivery trucks to swing wide into the curve and increases the chance of head-on collision with uphill driving vehicles. I live adjacent to 1017 and these parking violations are preventing me from using street parking closest to my residence. I would like the two owners of these three cars to comply with parking ordinances so I and other neighbors can utilize parking closest to our homes, just as these two do.
Resubmitting opens a fresh form pre-filled with this ticket's location and category. The city dispatches the new report independently.
