behind cut city fencing which accesses the creek some is living. there is at time of this picture a car parked behind this fence. which is located under the billboard. remove the indivuals and put a proper wrought iron city fence that cant be cut. again this is city infrastructure being compromised. if this is associated with the neighboring house this also needs to be addressed immediately. I witnessed individuals purchasing items from a mobile vendor from this location. further highlighting this is where the make be residing/ sheltering.
