1 RV with trash, human waste, debris, cardboard and tarp built up blocking the sidewalk. Children and pedestrians must walk in the street to pass. It’s right on the corner so cars have to turn wide almost causing collisions. The people in the RV use open flames against a fence in the midst of flammable items causing a fire hazard. The last RV that parked there caught fire. There are no more than 3 people living there, so availability of shelter beds should not be an issue-they can be offered services and housing.
