The owner of this Hyundai i30N (license plate 8LHL757) consistently parks just like this: illegally close to the corner, blocking the crosswalk, in a red zone (or rather, what is technically a red zone but still hasn’t been painted red more than a year after the relevant law was passed). Please ticket them. Please also send out a proper crew to paint the corners red on this stretch of Lowell Street.
