Description
Contractor (working on house on Manzanita) has left a full trash can, mattress, and construction debris/materials here for over a year. People throw more trash here (because they see a trash can) but nothing is ever taken away. There are rats and raccoons around the area now. Attempts to contact contractors working in the area have been unsuccessful.
