I have finally caught who are the ones over the past couple years have been dumping huge bags and piles of rotten food, dirty diapers kitchen trash. I have move it away from my windows because of the stink. They drag this stuff in front of the empty lot across from 6850 Foothill Blvd ( on 68 th ave) and then it sits there and is putrid and grows, I have a health concern and I actually broke my foot last Dec. moving their trash . They have set fireworks off in it causing fire dept to come out and people have dragged piles into the street and I have had to call the police at 3 am. I dragged this back in front of their building and yelled back and forth. I then called the police and gave me an incident report but I was out in the street . Please enforce the fine rules and have these families fined and have someone go out there and tell them to stop dragging their garbage down in front of our building. Thank you
