Description
People do crossing the street during green light with Don't Walk sign is concerning. When the person already crossing the light could change at any point which that including elders who walk slowly than walk normally. I would give more time to cross like longer Walk signal time or longer Flashing Don't Walk timing on every cycle instead of short cycle.
