Description
A long-standing encampment sits along the Mandela Parkway median and sidewalk by this address, with tents and makeshift structures plus several RVs parked beside it. Trash and debris have piled up across the area, and I've noticed used needles on the ground, a real health hazard. Dogs roam off leash, which makes walking through here feel unsafe. It has been like this for a very long time.
