Description
Along Mandela Parkway at this address there is an encampment that has been entrenched for a good while: tents, lean-to structures and RVs crowd the median and sidewalk. Garbage and debris are strewn all over. Discarded needles lie in the open, which is dangerous for anyone's health, and loose unleashed dogs make passing on foot risky. Residents have lived with this for ages without relief.
