The same encampment has returned to this location, and trash and debris are accumulating on both sides of the railroad fence—the street/sidewalk side and the railroad side. Discarded tires, bulky items, and scattered garbage need to be cleaned up and cleared from BOTH sides ASAP. Please coordinate with the railroad/property owner to repair and secure the fencing and access points to prevent continued dumping and the encampment from returning. This is a recurring safety and sanitation issue near homes and the tracks. Please address the entire area and provide an update on cleanup and prevention measures.
